How is freedom interpreted differently today than in the 1700's?

  1. in the 1700s it was more of a male dominence than now and woman are more free to do what they want now and they dont have to be controlled by men

  2. In the 1700s people acted a lot different. Everything was pretty much men and women stayed home to cook and clean and take care of the kids

  3. to me in the 1700's men did everything and the women just made sure there was food on the table and clean clothes to put on. now a days its a do it yourself or it will never be done world.

  4. Woman didn't have much freedom in the 1700's, I think now there are more rights for everybody.

  9. Freedom is interpreted much differently today rather than in the 1700's. For example, freedom to us is for everyone to do what they want. And in the 1700's, only whites had freedom, meaning that only the whites were able to do as they pleased.

  10. There were a lot of different racial, social, and poltical inequalities in the 1700's. Different races and genders have a lot more equal opportunity today in the social world and the political world.
